The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
