Pets are allowed with a fee of $129+taxes per dog, per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted, each weighing up to 30 lbs. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the approval before booking. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
