The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and espresso maker. Enjoy the open-concept living and dining area with plush seating, multiple smart TVs, an in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC and heating. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Enjoy the swim spa, patio with comfortable seating and BBQ grill, and expansive backyard. Hot tub heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per night, with a minimum stay of 2 nights. A pack 'n play and a highchair are available to rent for a one-time fee of $40 each. BBQ propane is provided complimentary for outdoor cooking. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per pet, with a maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each. Nestled in a quiet Texas neighborhood in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, this home overlooks the stunning landscapes of Reimers Ranch Park. Local dining, shopping, and attractions are just a short drive away. Explore award-winning wineries, craft breweries, and distilleries, or indulge in local dining ranging from farm-to-table restaurants to classic Texas BBQ. Government Canyon State Natural Area, Medina Lake, Bandera, and Timber Ridge Winery are also within reach. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The playground is shared between both units. The pool side of the swim spa does not have heating available. All guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed.
