Located just east of downtown Fort Lauderdale and close to Las Olas Boulevard, this home puts you within walking distance of groceries and restaurants, 2 miles from the beach, 5 minutes to Las Olas Boulevard, 10 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach, 2 minutes to Holiday Park, and 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Victoria Park is a culinary gem with local coffee shops, artisan bakeries, and vibrant eateries just a short walk away. The Galleria Mall, Whole Foods, and boutique stores are also nearby.
