This custom-built lodge features a main level with a kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry room. The second level has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a common area. The lower level features a game room with a wet bar, three 85" smart TVs, a 22ft custom-made shuffleboard table, board games, and a large gathering area. The fully stocked kitchen includes a large island, barstool seating, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, one high chair, and kids' dinnerware. Outside, there is a large gravel area with a fire pit, dining set, gas grill, and lounge furniture seating. Ten parking spaces are available. Two pets maximum are allowed per stay for a fee that will automatically apply. Located off county road BD, you may hear passing vehicle noise. Papa Bears is next door, and there is one neighbor behind the property.
