Nice yard with plenty of space and upcoming fenced-in backyard scheduled for completion on or before end of November. Nice floorplan with a lot of storage space in both main living space and basement. Screened in porch and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. WiFi high speed internet service (1 gig) billing split between landlord and tenant. Nearby attractions include Devils Lake State Park and Wisconsin Dells. The area is ideal for hiking, biking, skiing, kayaking and many other activities or just relaxing at home. And you will enjoy historic downtown Baraboo! No smoking. Pet friendly: Dogs or cats only are allowed with restrictions and landlord approval. No pet fee (2 pet limit). Photo of pet and vaccine documentation from your vet will be required.
