This home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee required. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Whether you're skiing at Cloudmont in the winter or swimming in the river during warmer months, this location is ideal. Surrounded by mature trees and a spacious open lot, it offers a peaceful setting to reconnect with nature. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property at all times, including holidays. The Wi-Fi connection may occasionally be spotty due to the rural location. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Includes a designated workstation for remote work.
