Feel at home in this 4-bedroom home that sleeps 10 guests and features 2.5 private bathrooms. This home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including 2 ovens, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as cooking essentials including pots, pans, and utensils. There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 and a formal dining area with seating for 6, along with place settings and dining utensils. The airy and spacious living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends and features an oversized sectional, decorative pillows, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Each bedroom has been carefully curated with your comfort in mind and includes bedside tables, lamps, and TVs. The backyard has been transformed into a tropical paradise and includes a furnished patio and BBQ grill. If you prefer indoor entertainment, spend some time in the games room, which has retro arcade games, table tennis, basketball, and air hockey. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Free parking is available to all guests. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Come experience why people love Plano! For those interested in exploring Dallas, here are some noteworthy attractions: Perot Museum of Nature and Science, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, Reunion Tower, and AT&T Stadium. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests will be allowed. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. The garage is not available for use. Please note that the spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. The fireplace is operated on gas and should only be used if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk.
