Your tropical paradise awaits in this picturesque vacation home! Feel at home in this 4-bedroom home that sleeps 10 guests and features 2.5 private bathrooms. This home features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including 2 ovens, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Cooking essentials including pots, pans, and utensils are provided. There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 and a formal dining area with seating for 6. The airy and spacious living area has an oversized sectional, decorative pillows, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings and easy access to the backyard. Each bedroom has been carefully curated with plush mattresses, fluffy pillows, tasteful décor, bedside tables, lamps, and TVs. The backyard has been transformed into a tropical paradise with a swimming pool, furnished patio, and BBQ grill. There is also a games room with retro arcade games, table tennis, basketball, and air hockey. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available. Free parking is available to all guests. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Come experience why people love Plano! It’s a popular destination for business travelers in the Dallas area and packs a punch with plenty of entertainment. Nearby points of interest include The Heritage Farmstead Museum, Downtown Plano, The Interurban Railway Museum, The Shops at Legacy, and Arbor Hills Nature Preserve. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, and Reunion Tower. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The garage is not available for use, but there are two parking spots available in the driveway for guest parking. The nightly rate includes the first six guests, and with each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. The fireplace should only be used if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Do not leave it unattended at any time. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. There are plenty of body towels for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home.
