This apartment comes with a private enclosed backyard complete with patio furniture and your very own private hot tub, plus a communal courtyard shared among guests that boasts a barbecue grill, hammock, fire pit, and picnic table. The ideal combination of amenities and luxury make this the perfect home away from home. A maximum of 2 pets are welcome for a fee of $20 per pet per night, or $30 per night for two pets. Additional charges may apply for items available upon request, such as a mosquito net, boardgames, children's dinnerware, baby bath, highchair, outlet covers, pack-n-play, table corners, window guards, bread maker, rice cooker, and luggage drop off. The apartment is ideally located for enjoying all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. There is no smoking inside the house, and any violation will result in a $350 fine. There is only 1 parking space available on the property for this unit. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. If we receive more than 3 complaints about a pet creating a noise disturbance during your stay, it may result in the termination of your reservation without a refund.
