The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom features two queen beds with a curtain for privacy. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. Upstairs, a full loft provides additional sleeping space with three twin beds and a king bed, along with a full bathroom. The backyard offers chairs, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill for al fresco dining. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. This is a pet-friendly home; pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway; street parking is limited. This home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Fayetteville Rose Garden and 10 minutes from downtown, Cape Fear Botanical Garden, and more. Driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are readily available. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited in and around the home, with an automatic $500 charge for any signs of smoking or cigarette butts found outside. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee and may result in details being turned over to authorities. Parties are prohibited, and other events require prior approval. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. A signed rental agreement is required.
