The beautiful living room features a large TV and Roku. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen has all the essentials. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room for added convenience. A welcoming formal dining area with seating for up to six is perfect for sharing meals and creating lasting memories. The backyard oasis is fully enclosed with a fence, where you'll find a grill and a picnic table. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Nestled within the historic Haymount District, this home is situated in a charming residential neighborhood that exudes character and warmth. As you explore the area, you'll be greeted by the allure of mature trees lining the streets and the timeless beauty of vintage craftsman-style homes. This neighborhood is a treasure trove of local favorites, providing you with easy access to the best attractions and amenities our city has to offer. It is located just minutes from downtown Fayetteville and within walking distance to local dining and shops. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
