Guests have exclusive access to the entire home excluding the garage. The driveway can easily fit at least 4 cars. Jet ski rentals and chef services are available upon request. This stylish beachside getaway offers a unique luxury retreat, perfect for lounging by the beach, enjoying a night in with friends, or exploring the vibrant local scene. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is no smoking inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.
