The fully renovated kitchen is stocked to be your home away from home, featuring a dining area. The main bedroom is located downstairs, accessible via a set of steps from the kitchen. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available. A driveway is available on the right side of the house, and plenty of street parking is also available. Please be mindful of neighbors' driveways. You'll be just steps from some of the city's best coffee, cocktails, and restaurants, including the famous Coffee Emporium, Forno, and Haps Irish Pub. Hyde Park Square, with its shops, restaurants, and cafes, is a three-minute drive away, as is Alt Park for hiking. Downtown Cincinnati and the OTR neighborhood, offering abundant entertainment, are a 10-13 minute drive. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violating this policy may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control of the property and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or trashed will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
