Guests have access to the entire unit as well as the basement common space with a washer and dryer. Nestled on a picturesque and quiet residential street, this condo is ideally situated in the heart of Oakley, close to area attractions and offering convenient access to downtown. You'll be within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, shops, and local breweries, and just a short drive from Cincinnati's top attractions, concerts, and sporting events. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties may be considered criminal trespassing, potentially leading to prosecution. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior towards staff will also result in reservation termination without refund. The property reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is concern about harm to people or property, disturbance to neighbors, or harm to the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected. Additional fees may apply for cleanup of human biomaterial, excessive pet hair, stains on carpets or linens, indoor smoking, unreturned keys, and deep cleaning for stays longer than 14 days.
