Each of the three bedrooms offers a serene retreat, complete with plush beds, fresh linens, and private en-suite bathrooms. Enjoy cool air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi throughout the home. Resort-style amenities at Little Harbor include a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts, a small arcade, and a marina and waterfront walking areas nearby. Pets are welcome with a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Guests can bring up to 2 pets. Nestled in the charming waterfront community of Little Harbor in Ruskin, this townhome offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. It's just a short drive from a variety of dining options and local shops. Explore nearby attractions such as E.G. Simmons Regional Park, Camp Bayou Outdoor Learning Center, Cockroach Bay Aquatic Preserve, Bahia Beach Nature Preserve, Apollo Beach Nature Preserve & Manatee Viewing Center, Ellenton Premium Outlets, Little Harbor Fishing Charters & Marina, Sunset Cruises & Dolphin Tours, Tampa Electric’s Big Bend Power Station Lookout, Ruskin Family Drive-In Theater, and Myakka River State Park. A digital rental agreement must be signed and a valid, legal ID and verification selfie must be provided prior to arrival. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Check-in time is 4 PM and checkout times are 11 AM.
