It's also conveniently located 1 block from the Lago Vista mountain biking trail, 1 mile to Lake Avalon, 1.7 miles from Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, 2.5 miles to Bella Vista Country Club, 3 miles to Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, 5 miles to Kingsdale Golf Course, and 11 miles to Downtown Bentonville. You can walk, drive, or ride your bike around town. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
