The garage is prepped for bikers with a bike wash station, bike racks, equipment, and trail maps. This property is pet-friendly with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs. Located along the Lago Vista Trail, this home connects to Tunnel Vision and the famous Little Sugar MTB Trail. It's also conveniently located 1 block from the Lago Vista mountain biking trail, 1 mile to Lake Avalon, 1.7 miles from Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, 2.5 miles to Bella Vista Country Club, 3 miles to Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, 5 miles to Kingsdale Golf Course, and 11 miles to Downtown Bentonville. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid prior to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. Additionally, the Bella Vista POA Member Services office is not open on weekends, and we will not be able to issue cards on those days. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM.
