This single-level home features an open-concept living area with a smart TV, electric fireplace, and comfortable seating. Two serene bedrooms—each with a queen bed plus trundle—sleep six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, cookware, spices, and a coffee bar. After a day outdoors, unwind on the back deck with a barbecue or soak in the private hot tub while you watch the stars. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pups, and the garage includes a bike repair station and secure storage for your gear. Designed with you in mind, this home offers a cozy retreat with a well-stocked kitchen featuring modern appliances and a coffee bar. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxation, equipped with a smart TV and electric fireplace. Enjoy the spacious yard with a grill and outdoor dining area, or take advantage of the private hot tub for a soothing soak under the stars. We warmly welcome up to two dogs with an additional fee of $75 per pet per stay due to extra cleaning needs. For a pleasant stay, please crate your dogs when you're out and keep them off the furniture. It's crucial to pick up after your pets, as we will charge an additional $50 if droppings are left behind in the yard. There’s plenty of free parking on-site in the driveway. Nestled in a quiet Bella Vista neighborhood surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills, this home is just minutes from the Back 40 trail system, ideal for world-class mountain biking and hiking. It's also close to beautiful lakes for kayaking, fishing, or peaceful picnics, and a short drive to top-rated golf courses and scenic lookout points. Bentonville’s restaurants, shops, and the Crystal Bridges Museum are just a quick trip away. This is a smoke-free home. Should you wish to smoke, please do so outside and properly dispose of butts. Smoking inside will incur a charge for smoke remediation, which can exceed $1,000. Parties or events are strictly prohibited unless pre-arranged. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors. All guests must be registered to comply with local ordinances, with unregistered overnight guests incurring a $50 fee per night. Late check-outs without pre-approval will result in a fee of no less than $100, and if more than 90 minutes late, the greater of $250 or the full rate for another night will be charged. Please do not use bathroom towels to clean your bikes, as replacement charges will apply.
