Orlando is just over an hour away, making a day trip to theme parks feasible, and historic St. Augustine is also an hour away. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the building premises. No parties or events are permitted in the unit. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
