Feel at home in this beautiful 2-bedroom condo with stunning ocean views, located on the 4th floor directly above the pool. This family-friendly unit comfortably sleeps up to 6. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking. Enjoy the convenience of both a Keurig machine and a drip coffee maker. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a large garden tub. For entertainment, there are several DVDs and games, as well as 3 Smart TVs, including one in each bedroom. Cable TV channels are provided on the living room and master bedroom TVs, while the guest bedroom TV has access to streaming apps. Guests can park in the upper parking lot, where there are no assigned parking spaces. Guests will have 2 key fobs to use during their stay, which grants access to the lobby, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, and private beach entrance. Guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement if any fobs are lost or damaged. The building is located in a quieter, more secluded part of Daytona, but it is still a short drive to restaurants, shopping, the Daytona Beach boardwalk and Convention Center, downtown Beach Street, Daytona Lagoon waterpark, and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Orlando and Historic St. Augustine are each about an hour away. The balcony is unusable at this time due to a concrete restoration project. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Guests will be responsible for cost of replacement if fobs get wet, lost, or left behind. No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner. The primary guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age. No smoking is allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the building premises. No parties or events may be held in the unit.
