Welcome to this spacious 3-bedroom home near Texas A&M Campus, just a short 5-minute drive away. Feel at home in this fully furnished property designed for comfort and convenience. This brick home features multiple living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private backyard retreat. The living room offers cozy sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and a central island. Enjoy meals in the sunny breakfast nook or the formal dining room with seating for six. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Conveniently located in College Station, this home is close to Texas A&M and local attractions. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in or on the property, and evidence of smoking will result in a $400 charge for deodorization. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $300 fee plus $25 per person. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer or the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and in the winter, turn it down to 60 degrees. Parties are prohibited. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from trusted partner and Homeowner and an event fee will be added. Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.
