Smoking is not allowed in or on the property; evidence of smoking will result in a $400 retention from your deposit for deodorizing. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer or above 80 degrees when leaving, and do not turn it below 60 degrees in the winter when leaving. Visitors other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; unauthorized guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of legally documented service animals; unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine and booking termination. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, as only an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. A $25 charge will apply if trash is not bagged and placed into the city garbage can. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Guests must digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in, and the booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement.
