Parking is available for up to 6 compact vehicles, with 2 in the garage and 4 in the driveway. This apartment is a quick drive to Kyle Field, Oakmont Trails, and top local restaurants such as Christopher’s World Grill, Koppe Bridge Burgers, and C&J Barbeque. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home.
