This apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. It features a modern design infused with authentic Nashville-inspired decor, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, complimentary coffee, and a community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, gas grill, and fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is included. There are many places within walking distance of this building in Music Row. Midtown is within walking distance, where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds], with an additional pet fee ranging from $100-300 based on stay length. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
