This home features three full bedrooms and a den, along with two full bathrooms. The main living areas include an open-concept family room with slider access to the pool and lanai, an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and a den/office. The home is set up for you to enjoy your time in SWFL. Additionally, there is a large laundry room with a wash sink that has a brand new washer and dryer. The main outdoor feature of the home is the pool with a large screened lanai and a nice covered area with an outdoor dining set. New bikes for guest use are available inside the garage, as well as a dual coffee maker allowing guests to brew both a drip coffee and a Keurig-style cup of coffee. One parking space is available in the garage, and the driveway can be used for additional parking. Dogs are permitted with a weight limit of 30 pounds and must be non-shedding and hypoallergenic. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited. Reflection Lakes is a community filled with amenities, including a clubhouse with an on-site manager, a heated community pool, a bocce court, a fitness room, a billiards table, and a card room. You will find plenty to do all within the community. This seasonal rental property is located about halfway between Tigertail Beach on Marco Island and Downtown Naples Beaches, all about a 25-30 minute drive away from the home. The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, and the temperature can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. The pool faces west. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that it can be repaired or replaced. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment; please allow 30 days for processing.
