The main living areas include an open-concept family room with slider access to the pool and lanai, an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and a den/office. The home is set up for you to enjoy your time in SWFL. Additionally, there is a large laundry room with a wash sink that has a brand new washer and dryer. The main outdoor feature of the home is the pool with a large screened lanai and a nice covered area with an outdoor dining set. New bikes for guest use are available inside the garage, as well as a dual coffee maker allowing guests to brew both a drip coffee and a Keurig-style cup of coffee. One parking space is available in the garage, and the driveway can be used for additional parking. Dogs are permitted with a weight limit of 30 pounds and must be non-shedding and hypoallergenic. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited. Reflection Lakes is a community filled with amenities, including a clubhouse with an on-site manager, a heated community pool, a bocce court, a fitness room, a billiards table, and a card room. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that it can be repaired or replaced.
