Additional living spaces include the entertainment room, the living room, the kitchen, and the outdoor spaces. The southeast-facing pool area includes a free-form heated pool and spa with a propane gas grill. There is lots of tropical and lush landscaping and hedging throughout to create tons of privacy. The home also features an attached 2-car garage and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The option to transfer the Players Club membership is available, giving guests full access to those facilities for a transfer fee of $397.50 (subject to change). Located within Lely Resort of Naples, Florida, the Mustang Island neighborhood is centrally located and offers an easy and quick drive to I-75, downtown Naples, Marco Island, and many beaches, including the Naples Pier Beach. There are miles of lighted paths throughout the resort, and Eagle Lakes County Park is just down the road, or connected by sidewalk, with a small water park, court sports, and lovely nature trails around multiple lakes. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Report any damage or malfunction to the host right away.
