Please avoid parking on the grass. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, and an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided; extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. Located just minutes from Deep in the Heart Farms, Washington on the Brazos, and Chapeltown Vineyards, Country Gold is conveniently situated yet offers a peaceful hideaway. It's close to local attractions and charming small towns, with easy access to College Station and Round Top. Smoking is NOT allowed in or on the properties. If any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person. All properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property and do not take outdoor furniture inside of the property. Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. Guest must provide documentation upon request.
