Featuring spacious floor plans, 24-hour emergency maintenance, laundry on site, and off-street parking. Tenant pays electric & gas, and $15 for water/sewer/trash for additional tenant. All applicants are required to submit a rental application, authorize a credit and background check, and pay a $45 application fee. Per St. Louis City requirements no more that 2 people per bed room.
