The fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig, toaster, blender, cookware and dinnerware. All linens are provided, including bedding, pillows, and towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included, as well as a full-size washer and dryer. Each room has Roku HD smart TVs. One pet is allowed if disclosed during booking at $20 per pet per day to account for extra wear and tear and extra cleaning. Free on-site parking is available. Located just 7 miles from the University of Florida and 1.5 miles to Publix, with Haile Village and the Saturday farmers market just a 15-minute stroll away. This is a quiet neighborhood near dining and shopping. There are ring cameras at the front door and the back door, and they are monitored 24/7 for security purposes. Smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fee. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and you may be asked to leave without a refund if this rule is violated. If unauthorized additional guests stay the night, a charge of $37 per person per night will be charged. If dog waste is left behind, a $100 fee will be charged. A $200 fee will be charged if caught with an unreported pet. Includes fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace.
