Many lakes are just a walking distance away, and the nearest grocery stores, Food Lion and CVS, are located 1 mile away at the corner of 38th and 17 bypasses. Plus, enjoy 60 miles of amazing sandy beach. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Gatherings of more than 4 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Car parking passes and the physical key should be left in the room upon check out, otherwise you will be charged $200. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
