I've had a fantastic experience living here! The apartment complex is always clean, the amenities are well-maintained, and the community is friendly. What really sets this place apart is the staff, especially Brooke. She is always so helpful, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure everything runs smoothly. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, Brooke has been quick to respond and super professional. Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a great place to call home!
Hawthorn Waterway is the best apartment I’ve lived so far in my 33 years. The office staff is always warm and inviting, not looking down on me or making me feel like they’ve got better things to do. The complex grounds are always clean and if there are any issues I normally can get maintenance to my apartment that day and honestly sometimes within the hour. Brooke and everyone else in that office make staying here feel like home XD

Hawthorne Waterway has been my home for many years now. I love the growth and development of the community, the awesome neighbors and more importantly the safety of being able to raise my kids here. I use the gym pretty frequently which is convenient after long work days and my kids love to play on the playground. The staff is always helpful with anything I need and have been since day one. Looking forward to what’s in store for next year.
I have loved living in Hawthorne Apartments. Brooke gave me the tour and was so relatable. I loved that she lived in the neighborhood and was able to give me an honest opinion of what living here looked like. She was knowledgeable and quick to respond to emails, even after I moved in so helpful with the questions that I had! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend touring this apartment complex. The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They made the application process seamless!! Angelica was amazing and very professional!!
It will be almost four years when we first made our decision to move to this area permanently from the North East and spend our retirement, here in Little River, now Hawthorne Waterway!
We have watched this development grow from the ground up and have experienced so, so many changes!
Downsizing from a four level family home of fifty years was not easy! Our two bedroom, two bath apartment, here, is beautiful.
Modern, spacious, airy and light! Full size kitchen, love the stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! A balcony, large enough for seating and my husband’s golf, putting mat! The size of balcony, not usually seen at other places! Ample closet and storage space; love the laundry room! The pool and fitness centre are excellent features; bonus……complimentary access to free Starbucks! Playground, pickle ball, bocce, pup park, walking views of the waterway!
Our location was chosen, here, for the convenience; access to medical care, essentials, groceries, deliveries, entertainment and very important….Golf! We are a stone throw away from the ocean, but away from the hustle and bustle! Very quiet here! This development is not in a priority, evacuation zone!!

Angelica, Brook and Kasondra! To our Maintainance team, Jeff and Derrick! Always a smile on your faces and ready to address any issues! We have encountered ups and downs and service issues here, but also seen and encountered in all developments!
“All” have been addressed promptly, with patience and respect!

We love living here, the community get together’s, bingo, pool parties, book club to mention just a few!

I absolutely love Hawthorne Waterway Apartments! Angelica, Brooke, and the whole team there are amazing. These apartments, are beautiful, well maintained, and located in a great area. They also plan the best events for their residents; I highly recommend living here, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
