Perfectly located between Bypass Hwy 17 and Business Hwy 17, this 1120 sq ft condo will be one you want to keep in your beach repertoire for years to come! The downstairs primary bedroom has a comfortable queen pillow top mattress and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The spacious loft with vaulted ceilings has a queen bed, en suite bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The living room has vaulted ceilings and contains a memory foam full-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the newest Keurig on the market for excellent coffee. Enjoy the spacious pool deck in the back courtyard, including a hot tub that is rarely at capacity, even in summer, or watch it all while enjoying the late afternoon from the deck overlooking the pool. Linen service is available for an additional fee of $50 for your stay, providing linens for all beds in the home, as well as bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Just 1.5 miles from the closest Surfside Beach access. A deep cleaning fee of $200 applies. A roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, two laundry pods, and two dish pods are included.
