The entire interior has been painted and plaster repaired. None of the fireplaces are in working order. The chimney tops were re-pointed in 2013 prior to the new roof going on. No cats allowed, dogs will be considered with an extra deposit. Credit check and references with all lease applications. One month security deposit and first month rent due when lease is signed.
