The apartment features a comfortable living room with a couch and smart TV, and a compact, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, appliances, and bar seating for 2. Guests can enjoy shared amenities, including a hot tub, cowboy pool (seasonal), dog park, BBQ, hammocks, pavilion, lounge chairs/couches, cornhole, horseshoes, ping pong, community washer and dryer, and bikes for guest use. Pets are welcome with a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Stay in the heart of downtown Kanab, a charming desert town known as the gateway to Southern Utah’s most iconic landscapes. Just 2 blocks from Main Street, you’ll find local shops, cafes, and restaurants offering a taste of small-town charm with friendly, welcoming locals. Kanab is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, with easy access to Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (76 miles), Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (7 miles), Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (20 miles), Peek-A-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons (12 miles), Toadstool Hoodoos Trailhead (45 miles), and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument (15 miles). Other nearby adventures include The Wave, Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass Trailhead, White Pocket, Paria Canyon, and Kanab Creek Wilderness. Walls are thin, and you may occasionally hear other guests outside. If it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises, a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement.
