The area is currently undergoing a transformation in many respects, notably we will be a 5 minute walk from the new Smart Track station that will be built at St Clair and Old Weston Road. It is also a 2 minute walk to the St Clair dedicated streetcar line. Several new low rise buildings and new retail have been added and continue to develop in the neighborhood. It is a 10 minute walk to the Stockyards shopping centre, and a 2 minute walk to a local coffee shop on the same street. This updated basement apartment in Carleton Village is a great home base, work from home if needed and explore the west end of Toronto.
