Designed with you in mind, this condo features a modern kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, cutlery, cookware, microwave, glassware, and silverware. The dining area offers spacious seating, perfect for group meals, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The living room includes balcony access, couches and side chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of 2 pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25lbs and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Pet registration is required, and pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises. Management reserves the right to request proof of vaccination in cases of aggressive behavior or if a pet bites another guest. Smoking outdoors must occur at least 10 feet away from doors, windows, and balconies. A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs. Check-in is at 4:00 PM with contactless entry, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A unique entry code will be sent 10 minutes prior to check-in for a seamless arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM.
