The apartment is fully equipped for you and your guests to enjoy your stay in this beautiful city. Spanning 800 sq ft, the apartment features a TV in the living room and high-speed Wi-Fi. While steps away from some of the best restaurants in Miami, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for nights in. The luxurious bathroom includes spa-quality towels and a hair dryer. The restful and comfy bedroom offers a king bed and an electric airbed, along with custom walk-in closets. Other essentials include a washer and dryer, iron and board, and a coffee machine. Pet-friendly apartments welcome approved domestic pets under 35 pounds for a $150 fee. For your convenience, essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper are provided on arrival, however, additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest. Additional charges may apply for special requests such as a pack and play or roll-away bed. Brickell is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to offer, from lively attractions to stunning architecture. No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited with a $500 charge for violations. If excessive wear and tear is found, or additional cleaning is necessary, additional fees may be billed. If the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or excessive noise is reported, eviction and a minimum service fee of $250 may apply. For the convenience of our guests, we endeavor to accommodate special requests, however, additional charges may apply. Please ensure you call or notify the property at least an hour prior to your arrival so we can ensure that the unit and parking are ready to be occupied. Check-ins are done privately by our staff, and guests must show their ID or passport prior to arrival for security purposes. Late check-out and early check-in are not guaranteed and are based on availability.
