The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for an additional fee of $12.5 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability, there is paid underground parking 100 meters from the building at 27 Grosvenor St. The price is $30 per 24 hours on weekdays and $16 on weekends. Pets are allowed with a fee of $10 per pet per night. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night; please book in advance. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required).
