Feel at home in this newly renovated apartment located in a boutique building in the heart of trendy Downtown. This 1-bedroom plus den unit is perfect for families, large companies, or working professionals. This comfortable suite has everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully functional kitchen with supplies such as tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer with supplies are also available. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries that you may have forgotten. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked. Pets are allowed in the apartment, but each pet shall not exceed 35 lbs (15kg) in weight, with a maximum of two pets per suite and a fee of $10 per night for one pet. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night; please book in advance. Guests have access to a gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the building. The apartment is located steps away from Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. This bright unit has floor-to-ceiling windows, an open concept layout, and high-end furniture chosen by an award-winning interior designer. According to the condo rules, we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, and vehicle and license plate numbers (if you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. If you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee entry.
