The building downstairs houses The Monarch House, a coffeehouse and wine bar, offering specialty coffee, breakfast sandwiches, pastries, handcrafted cocktails, natural wines, and happy hour with indoor and outdoor seating. Conveniently located to everything, you're just a 2-3 minute drive from Over the Rhine, Cincinnati's vibrant food and entertainment district, and downtown. It's also a short drive to the University of Cincinnati, the Zoo, the Art Museum, the Aquarium, theaters, and bars. This location is ideal for travel nurses and doctors, being just minutes from major hospitals. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violating this policy may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing. Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah, is not allowed indoors. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Cleanup of human biomaterial will incur a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Excessive pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found in unreasonable disorder may be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
