This apartment features huge bay windows, gorgeous natural light, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a well-appointed kitchen, a luxury tile bathroom, a super comfortable sofa, a separate seating area for reading and relaxing, and 350 thread-count hotel sheets. You'll find yourself centrally located to everything. You're a short 3-5 minute drive to many attractions: Over the Rhine, Downtown, the University of Cincinnati, the Zoo, the Art Museum, the Aquarium, theaters, and bars. It's great for travel nurses and doctors, just minutes to UC Health, Cincinnati Childrens, Christ Hospital and more. There are over 100 cafes, bars, and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. It's a 2-minute drive to Over the Rhine, 3 minutes to downtown and the University of Cincinnati, 5 minutes to the Cincinnati Zoo and the Cincinnati Art Museum, 6 minutes to the Andrew J Brady Music Center, 7 minutes to the Contemporary Art Museum, Great American Ballpark, TQL Stadium (FC Cincinnati), and the Aquarium, 8 minutes to Bengals Stadium (Paycor Stadium), 11 minutes to Riverbend, 25 minutes to Kings Island and the Creation Museum, and 35-45 minutes to the Ark Encounter. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm-8:00am. In the event of a noise disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. A $250 fine *per hour* will be incurred for each hour of noise violation. If the request to come into compliance is not honored promptly then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent. Do not smoke or light anything in this property. Any evidence or odor will result in a $500 fee. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. You will receive your door codes 2 hours prior to check-in. If you damage the property or incur fees for smoking or other behavior then the amount that you may be billed is not limited to the incidental hold. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. Stains on the carpets or linens will result in an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. Includes a laptop-friendly work desk.
