The impressive 48-story sculptured glass tower rises out of the historical Addison on Bay and soars above a 3-story podium. This suite has everything you need. The fully functional kitchen includes tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night. It's recommended to request it in advance as spaces may be limited. In case of no availability, there is paid underground parking 100 meters from the building at 27 Grosvenor St. The price is $30 per 24 hours on weekdays and $16 on weekends. Pets are allowed with a fee of $10 per night for 1 pet. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night; please book in advance. As you enter the building, you will immediately find yourself in awe of the stunning lobby. Replicating an art gallery and featuring plush lounge seating, one of the highlights of the Burano entrance is arguably Sandro Martini’s Glass Memory. This level of artistry is imbued in all of Burano’s features and amenities and is what makes it stand out from other Toronto condos. According to the condo rules, information about all guests must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival, including names, ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests must provide a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure and must be 18 or over in order to check in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit, the deposit will not be refunded.
