Guests will have access to the entire house, except for a few locked owner's closets. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. Loud noise, parties, or events are not allowed. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for small pets under 25 lbs. The house is equipped with exterior cameras for added security, and guests must respect community guidelines and keep the property clean.
