This apartment offers a private oasis to relax and unwind. The combined living and dining area are furnished with LED lighting and modern furniture. Enjoy plenty of natural light, wooden floors, and finishes that create a pleasant and modern ambiance. The kitchen and silverware are readily available for you to cook your favorite meals. A 58" HD smart TV and hotel caliber pillows are available for your use. Enjoy access to the shared pool area and a fully equipped on-site gym. Free high-speed Wi-Fi with up to 1GBPS upload/download speeds, free parking, and in-unit laundry are included. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night, $200 per pet for stays of 8–28 nights, or $300 per pet for stays of 29+ nights. Early check-in at 2PM is available for $25 or at 12PM for $50, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM is available for $25, subject to approval. Enjoy the convenience of being minutes away from Downtown Tampa, with many excellent dining options directly outside the community. Whole Foods Market, True Food Kitchen, and Colony Grill are within a short walk. Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena are a short drive away. You'll also find yourself conveniently located near beaches and tourist attractions such as Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The apartment is equipped with Minut Noise Detectors that monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). There is a $500 fine for smoking. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. There is a $100 fee per unregistered pet. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation is allowed.
