This home is designed for gathering and making memories, featuring two spacious living rooms, each with a cozy fireplace and smart TV. The dedicated game room is a guest favorite, complete with a foosball table, pool table, and a selection of board games. The fully equipped kitchen on the upper level boasts a large island, dining table, and additional bar seating, ideal for group meals. Comfort features include thermostats on both floors and an in-unit washer/dryer. An EV charger (240V, Level 2) is available on site. Pets are welcome at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Service animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Brian Head, Utah, is a scenic mountain town known for its world-class skiing, snowboarding, and year-round outdoor adventures, nestled at 9,600 feet with stunning alpine views. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Guests are required to drop off trash at public dumpsters, with the closest one located at the Apple Annies store on the way out of town. A 4WD or AWD car is needed in the winter to access this home. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to cleaning team availability and incur a fee of $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
