This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and makes an easy base for beach days, sunsets, or dining. The bright, open living room has two comfy couches and a mounted 56” Smart TV with standard cable. The illuminating kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, sink, microwave, oven), an island with extra seating, and everything you need to prep, cook, and enjoy meals. A coffee lover’s station with drip coffee, Keurig, and French press is available. The attached screened-in patio is cozy year-round with chairs and side tables under the covered area. Step into the spacious backyard and use the fish-cleaning table to prep your fresh catch after a day on the Gulf. A washer and dryer are available in the garage. For longer stays, please purchase additional supplies at nearby stores. Located in a peaceful Bradenton neighborhood, this home offers quick access to Coquina Beach, Manatee Public Beach, and Cortez fishing village. It's also minutes from Publix, waterfront dining, coffee shops, Robinson Preserve trails, the Manatee River, and Downtown Bradenton’s Riverwalk. A short drive will take you to Anna Maria Island, where you can use the free AMI trolley to explore Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Bean Point. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and are strictly enforced. No shoes are allowed in the home. The garage is intended only for storage of your luggage and things, as the owners store their personal vehicle in the garage. Parking or driving your vehicle in the garage is prohibited and will incur a $500 penalty. Only registered guests may be on the property, including in the backyard; extra guests will be charged at $50 per person per night. The booking guest must be at least 23 years old and must accompany the booking party at all times. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please put all trash in the garbage can outside for garbage and recycle pick-up on Monday and Thursday morning. Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the property (including vape), and evidence of either will result in a $550 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and evidence of a party will result in a $550 fee. No pets are allowed. NO FIREWORKS. Damages are subject to the cost of repair or replacement. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
