The gourmet kitchen includes an oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, Viking 6-range gas cooktop, granite countertops, and a center island with four barstools. The step-down living room features a gray leather L-shaped couch, gas fireplace, TV, and Bluetooth speaker. Bed linens, pillows, comforters, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and blow dryers are provided. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room on the second floor. A Pack'n'Play and crib sheet are provided. A highchair, plastic children's dinnerware, and toys can be rented for an additional fee of $79. Two-car garage parking is available off the alley. With a large choice of restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance, this home is very private with quiet neighbors. Ample street parking is available. Occupancy is limited to 6 adults maximum. The main floor has a slight transition between the living room and the dining area/kitchen, separated by two full-length, interior steps. Families traveling with toddlers or guests with mobility concerns should be aware of this area and plan accordingly. There is no air conditioning, only heat. Please remove all trash upon checkout.
