Feel at home in this spacious home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. The living room features a 75-inch flat-screen TV with cable and Roku for streaming services. There is also an Xbox game console with games. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, and essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar, and salt. The bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and fresh towels. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer, dryer, and detergent. Enjoy the spacious gated backyard with a pool and grill. Driveway and garage parking are available for at least 4 cars. Pets are welcome. Located in the vibrant and family-friendly Rancho Peñasquitos, Mira Mesa area, this home offers quick access to major freeways (I-15 and I-805), making it easy to reach downtown San Diego, La Jolla, UCSD, beaches, Disneyland, or Mexico. You're also just 20–25 minutes from the beaches of Torrey Pines, La Jolla Shores, and Pacific Beach, and less than 30 minutes from San Diego International Airport. Enjoy a variety of nearby shopping centers and restaurants with Asian, Mexican, American, and European cuisine. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, and a $1,000 violation fee may apply. Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property; each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Visitors are welcome with advance notice and are counted as half a guest. Smoking is allowed outside the home only, with windows and doors closed. If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints. Tampering or disconnecting security cameras or noise monitors will result in a $1000 fine. A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after check-out, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc. Unauthorized late check-outs may be charged twice the nightly rate due to cleaning and scheduling disruptions.
