Feel at home in this newly built condo in Glendale, just steps away from the stadium and the Westgate entertainment area. This garden-style unit requires climbing one to two flights of stairs. Please reach out before booking if you require a ground floor unit. This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities await you, including a resort-style pool, a jacuzzi hot tub, a fitness center, a large outdoor fireplace, kombucha on tap, a BBQ area, and an arcade. The condo also features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a washer/dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). Ideally located close to different attractions, this condo is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
