Guests have access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, steam room, and gym in the building. Small and middle-size pets are allowed in the apartment, and you should carry your pet in common areas. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. The pet fee is $20 per night for one pet. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night, and should be booked in advance. Free parking is available. This unique location offers direct indoor access to two subway lines from the building. It is in a prime shopping area with entertainment facilities, bars, and restaurants. There is a big supermarket in the building, and it is a 15–20 minute subway ride to downtown attractions. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center.
