Paid underground parking is available upon request for $10 per night with in/out privileges, subject to availability. Pets are allowed for a fee of $10 per night per pet, confirmation is required prior to booking. A travel crib for babies aged 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night, booking in advance is recommended. This apartment is surrounded by restaurants, movies, and shopping, offering direct access to Loblaws in the building. It's conveniently situated near the subway for easy transportation. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Guests are required to provide their names, ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers to condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with your ID is requested as an anti-fraud measure. Guests must be 18 or over to check in. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building. There is a no-party policy, and the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector. Exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
