A $99 per dog fee applies, with a max of 2 dogs. Located in the heart of the vibrant Laurelhurst District on NE Glisan Street, this neighborhood is known for its tree-lined streets, historic homes, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Laurelhurst is a food lover’s paradise, boasting some of Portland’s top-rated restaurants, cozy cafes, and trendy bars. Note that there may be noise from neighboring units; earplugs and a noise machine are available. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests are asked to be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150 per guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms incurs a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
