This one-story cabin offers a perfect retreat from daily life. This cozy and fully equipped cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, fresh towels, sheets and covers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, a dining table for 6, a cozy living room, baseboard heaters, and an AC unit for the summer months. Enjoy the spacious deck with direct water access and a BBQ. Water toys include 1 canoe, 2 kayaks, 1 stand-up paddleboard, and 1 pedal boat. A new hot tub was installed in Fall 2025. Pets are welcome but must be disclosed at the time of booking. Any damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility and not included in the pet fee. Take in the stunning views, explore the natural beauty of Val-des-Monts, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Music must be brought indoors after 9 pm. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, or any furniture, and guests must clean up after their pet. Life jackets must be worn at all times when using water toys, and children must be supervised near the water. Use the fire pit and BBQ responsibly, ensuring they are completely extinguished after use. Outdoor fires are permitted only in designated areas and must comply with local fire restrictions. Please treat the cabin and its furnishings with care and report any damages or issues promptly. Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins. No illegal activities are allowed on the premises. AWD and Winter Tires are required to access the house in the winter. This is a non-smoking property. No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
