The fully equipped kitchen is a dream, featuring standard appliances like an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils. The living area boasts high ceilings, comfortable couches, a designer rug, coffee tables, a flat-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining room offers a restaurant-like environment with a dining table for 8+, a breakfast bar for 3, and custom artwork. Complimentary parking is available in the two-car garage, with additional space on the spacious driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. The property also boasts two rooftop patios, offering views of the backyard and pool. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests. Denton is a community like no other, welcoming, innovative, creative, diverse, unique, and authentic. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels. The fireplace is for decoration only and is not meant to be used. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels.
